This International Visitors Task Force would allow all interested parties to highlight their activities, communicate with each other, and for the coordination of all NCSS international business.

International Activities Committee (IAC) intends to foster global awareness among social studies educators.

International Assembly

The International Assembly of Social Educators, an associated group of National Council for the Social Studies, provides an opportunity for social educators from international regions to share, interact and develop ideas, approaches and solutions to problems and issues that we all face in addressing and implementing social education in our respective educational settings.

International Social Studies Conference

This web blog is created for

A. Social studies educators who are interested in discussing the possibilities of putting together an international social studies conference in Beijing in 2014.

B. Social studies educators who are interested in being part of an ad-hoc committee that would develop an application to submit to the BOD.

C. Social studies educators who would like to join us for an initial meeting in November in Atlanta.
